Long Bay Club is known as “one of the Strand’s most difficult” golf courses. The Jack Nicklaus-designed course opened in 2005. Located in Longs, SC., Jack Nicklaus designed this course to challenge even the most skillful golfer. There are large mounding areas and deep pot bunkers located at every turn. With a course rating of 74.3 and a slope of 137 consider this course if you are in the area. This medium-length layout features 4 sets of teeboxes for the enjoyment of golfers of all skill levels. Online tee times may be available at Country Club of Orangeburg or at nearby golf courses, usually offered at a discount from the normal rate.
